Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Delivery Engineer to join Menzies Aviation in our global HQ in Bloomsbury Square, London. This role will have responsibility of delivering and supporting technical engineering work across our IT infrastructure. You will be assigned primarily through IT projects which have been approved by the project board, through request tickets or directly through Architecture team channel. You will provide early life support post implementation of systems and services. You may also be required to act as a point of escalation for IT support teams. Technical work will be Azure-centric but will occasionally involve other cloud platforms or on-premises technology.

• Delivery and action of technical tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with implementation
• Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders
• Understand project scopes, tasks, and approach to achieving end goal.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards
• Implement and follow established processes for technical delivery

What we are looking for

• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Proficient with Azure and M365 technology is essential
• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) desirable
• Good experience with enterprise-class network environments
• Proficient with Modern Workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• 5 years or more in a medium to large enterprise company
