Role Purpose

Provide administrative support by clearing exceptions in the Kronos system, to ensure “actuals” are recorded accurately in the resource plan, you will be supporting the HR Team in ensuring that absences are recorded and Non reporting / late reporting are followed up with the corrective HR action.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of staff roster to include but not limited to overtime, shift swaps, absences and re-rosters as required.
  • Process the Kronos system clearing exceptions on daily basis and communicating effectively with Operational Managers when required.
  • Identify additional daily hours required and notify the operation of the requirement, administer these hours once authorised.
  • Ensure roster adheres to Working Time Directive.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the department management.

What we are looking for

  • Operational planning experience.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills and a good eye for detail
  • Experience of working in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of aviation services, in particular within a service delivery environment.
  • Ability to communicate successfully at all levels.
