Role Purpose

The position will report directly to, and assist, Risk Manager and Cargo Warehouse/Office Manager in achieving the responsibilities in respect of planning, coordinating and delivering training, assessments, inspections, within Menzies OSL station. Overtime, work on weekends and outside office hours may be required.

Operational duties is occasionally required when directed by training manager.

What you will be doing

  • Liaise with Managers on all training matters and assist with implementation of systems policies and
  • Assess training needs, prepare training plans, organise and develop training
  • Ensure all training records, systems and documents are properly completed and
  • Remain current, knowledgeable and implement policies, processes and procedures as defined in latest revision of Menzies Aviation, Learning Development Policy (LDP), Station Quality Assurance Manual, SMS Manual and HSSE
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver training requirements, as required to meet operational demand and planning, in adherence to LDP, in line with all local operation procedures and regulations.
  • Be ambassadors for our people and their behaviours, and deliver consistently high standards of training

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Takes responsibility for own training
  • Contributes to the development of systems and methods
  • Good knowledge of English Language
  • Possession of Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate
