Role Purpose

Coordination of Aircraft Ground Handling services, in accordance with the Airport Handling Manual, MA AGOM and Airlines GOM regarding Turnaround coordination function.

What you will be doing

  • Perform turnaround coordination (Function 3 - IATA AHM 590) as per MA procedures and in accordance with the agreed
  • Liaise with other departments, contributing to meeting according to level of competence and being a key player in the
  • Aircraft Dispatch is a process involving the planning, co-ordination, and post departure reconciliation of a flight. The task of the TRC (historically referred to as a ‘Redcap' by some airline companies, Flight Dispatcher, or Turnaround Coordinator) is to organize and plan the aircraft turnaround and effectively and pro-actively ensure that the various activities are performed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate equipment such as air-bridges, company vehicles, systems, radio's, telephones, and computer equipment in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training
  • Perform load planning, weight and balance calculation, checking and finalisation of the Loadsheet and other loading documents, after having received proper training.

What we are looking for

  • Be a good
  • To be organized and have a logical and systematic method of
  • To be able to work in shifts as required by the handled airlines
  • To be able to work in a team, under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
  • Considered an advantage if previous experience in Altea FM, Supervising Aircraft Loading (SAL), IATA DGR.

In addition to this, to be a eligible candidate you must qualify for the mandatory EAA Background Check, which requires:

  • That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years
  • That you can documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments)
  • That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
