Role Purpose

The Vice President - Systems and Business Optimisation (OSEA) is responsible for driving business transformation through the effective implementation, optimisation, technology, data, and business processes. The role partners with operational and functional leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

The position will lead system implementation projects, business process redesign, reporting enhancements, and data governance initiatives to improve operational performance, employee experience, compliance, and business decision-making.

 

What you will be doing

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, service delivery, and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of business systems across the organisation.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage multiple business transformation projects simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
  • Act as the business lead for system projects including HRIS, payroll, workforce management, recruitment, document management, and reporting platforms.

What we are looking for

  • Highly motivated and adaptable leader with the resilience to drive change in a complex, global environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and its operational and commercial landscape.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to influence at Executive and Board level.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, or systems implementation programmes within complex organisations; aviation sector experience preferred.
