Our Operational teams are the heart of our business. Undertaking all aspects of Ground Handling services, they work as highly effective teams to ensure a consistent, efficient and excellent service is delivered every day.

Operational Management

Our Operational Management Teams are accountable for the day to day running of specific functional airport teams. They support the execution of the strategic plans driven by the Senior Operational Management Teams. Through their high performing teams, they lead the day to day departmental operation and develop future workforce plans to ensure there is always an adequate supply of team members, trained to the required level, with the right equipment and resources to meet the fluctuating demands of the business. They influence the development and compliance with consistent business standards and lead business efficiencies.

Senior Operational Management

Our Senior Operational Management Team lead the business direction and operation from a strategic level and have overall accountability for the high level planning, development and overall running of a specific station or region. They develop strategic business plans, oversee their local execution and control the P&L for their area or station. They are the critical in the development of positive working relationships with key stakeholders and customers and responsible for ensuring Menzies Aviation are always regarded as a professional, forward thinking and consistently reliable Ground Handler of choice.
